Two Days

Effective training is essential to the success of any business, and a quality instructor is the key to effective training. However, just because someone is very knowledgeable about a subject does not mean they can transmit that knowledge to others.

There are many skills that go into being an effective instructor. These include being an excellent public speaker, understanding various learning styles, being able to organize information into a logical well-ordered format, presentation development, and many more. And, of course, the best way to begin developing those skills is through effective training.

This course covers the fundamentals of Public Speaking, Instructional Systems Design, classroom management, compiling information into a logical flow, presentation creation, and how to use PowerPoint effectively (We put an end to death by PowerPoint). There is a maximum of five students per class.
