Safety and OSHA Compliance Audits
We find it before OSHA does. You fix it on your schedule not OSHA's. Our fees are lower than OSHA's fines.

Have you ever heard "We have always done it this way"? Have you done the same task over and over without incident in spite of the safety risks? If you have, then Survivor Syndrome and Hazard Blindness have crept into your organization.

The only way to find and eliminate these issues is through an external audit and training.

Whether you need a cursory overview to see where you stand or a detailed audit that finds every safety and noncompliance issue possible, we have a plan to fit your needs. A detailed audit by an outside agency will show you where you stand and set a baseline from which to work.

An outside auditor is unbiased, has no personal agendas, and no preconceived ideas. To them, the facts are the facts, and the data is the data. Their focus is on providing the client with the best and most detailed information possible. Their job is to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

Every audit will include a detailed audit report with photos (when permitted), and the chapter and section of the OSHA standards involved whenever possible. All audit reports are considered privileged information and will not be provided to anyone but the client. The one exception is under force of law, and no action will be taken without consultation with the client.

Being proactive about safety is one of the most important aspects of running a successful business. The foundation of that is a quality audit. Finding potential issues before they become an incident is vital to controlling losses, preserving assets, and maximizing efficiency. Back:
Rate: $145 per hour.
Overall cost will be estimated on a complimentary walkthrough, the square footage of the facility, and the detail requested by the client.

Root Cause Analysis Investigation
Know the true cause of an event for more effective corrective actions. Without effective corrective actions, the issue will continue to arise.
Backed by years of experience, we can perform Root Cause Analysis on both negative and positive events so that you can prevent the negative and reproduce the positive. Back:
Rate: $145 per hour.
Overall cost will be estimated based on the complexity and severity of the incident, and the detail requested by the client.

Training Curriculum Development
Have you ever heard the phrase, Death by PowerPoint? It does not have to be that way. Quality training materials are one of the most important tools you can have for effective training.
We can develop quality training materials for virtually any subject. Our lead developer is a US Air Force Master Instructor with decades of experience in instructional systems design and classroom instruction. Whatever you need, PowerPoints, training manuals, or study guides, you provide the data, and we do the rest. Back:
Rate: $145 per hour.
Overall cost will be estimated based on the complexity of the subject matter, and the detail requested by the client (self-paced, instructor-led, narration, inclusion of video, etc.)

Safety Management Systems
Integrate safety and risk management into your day-to-day operations. Develop a mindset where risk management becomes an integral part of every aspect of your organization. Improve safety, efficiency, and profitability by being better prepared to deal with all aspects of changes to your operations. It is about being proactive about safety and addressing issues before things go wrong.
We can manage your entire safety program or work with your Safety Manager to ensure you have a solid, efficient, effective, and OSHA compliant safety program. We can produce all the necessary policies, programs, and training or update the ones you have. After everything is up and running we can provide oversight in the form of regular focused audits and program reviews. Back:
The development of a Safety Managment System must be proceeded by a detailed audit. Overall cost will be estimated based on the outcome of that audit. The amount of work needed to bring the facility into compliance and keep it there, the condition of paperwork and programs, and the extent of post work oversight that is requested will be major factors. A flat rate will be agreed upon before the start of work.

OSHA Inspection Support
In the event OSHA comes to your facility, we will be there during and after the inspection. During an OSHA inspection, it is vital to have someone present who understands the process and has the knowledge and expertise to represent you effectively.
Rate: $145 per hour.
The overall cost will be based on the total number of hours spent on the process from the walkthrough to the final negotiations.
