Apex General Industry Resource Group provides OSHA Consulting, OSHA Compliance Audits, Safety Program Management, Training, and Curriculum Development Services for General Industry. We also provide OSHA authorized 10 and 30 hour training for General Industry and Construction.

Safety Program Management can cover your entire safety program or any part thereof. We can also create or update your OSHA-required programs, including Hazard Communication (Haz Com), Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Fire Prevention, and other relevant programs.

About the Founder - Richard Williams

Richard has over forty years of experience in aviation and general industry. He is an OSHA-authorized outreach instructor, a US Air Force Master Instructor, holds degrees in Biology and Environmental Science, is a licensed Airframe and Power plant technician, an Emergency Medical Technician, and a certified auditor.
​
He served ten years in the US Air Force filling numerous positions in aircraft maintenance, safety, and training. His last five years were spent as a Field Training instructor during which time he earned his Master Instructor rating. If you have not been through the process of becoming an Air Force Master Instructor, its meaning and value will be a mystery. Following his military service, Richard spent five years in Saudi Arabia as a technical advisor, instructor, training coordinator, and safety manager for the Royal Saudi Air Force.
​
Upon returning stateside, Richard entered corporate aviation. He filled positions as a technician, lead technician, inspector, supervisor, safety manager, and instructor.
​
He has been involved in adult education and safety for close to forty years. His experience and education have given him a large skill set not often found in a single individual. He has also lived in eleven states, three countries, and has seen a large part of the world.
